First off, I am so grateful you are here. You have landed here for a reason and I hope to meet you soon.
I am a certified functional nutritionist and lifestyle counselor with over a decade of teaching yoga & mindfulness under my belt. I’ve spent the last 12 years owning & operating a family wellness studio with a focus in mindfulness, yoga and aerial yoga. I have always gravitated towards helping others, especially women, children & teens. I’ve taught hundreds of people how to teach yoga to kids and through each of those experiences, my greatest takeaway was the impact I had in the healing journey of each of the participants lives. Many would come to my trainings to find a new life path and being able to hold space for them was truly the gift of a lifetime.
I have always been a bit of a health junkie and have tried almost every diet on the market, searching for the one that made me feel the best. I feel so fortunate to have grown up in a home where healthy food and filtered water were the vibe and attribute much of my interest in health & nutrition to those early years.
I’ve spent a large portion of my life trying to figure out my hormone health as my symptoms were often dismissed by providers (not all, but most). I was put on antidepressants and birth control (the usual cocktail) only to realize in my mid 20’s that these were not just no longer serving me, but did not align with how I wanted to move forward in my healing experience.
It wasn’t until I had my first daughter that I really started to dive deeper to figure out how much my hormones were impacting my mental health and life with my new family of three. After working with many different healers and conventional practitioners, and through personal research, I discovered the profound impact specific nutrition and lifestyle changes had on my overall health. These discoveries fueled my desire to become certified in functional nutrition with the hope that I will be able to help as many people as I can FEEL WELL from the inside out.
We are not designed to create change in our lives. In fact, we are designed to avoid it at all costs. To make big changes in your daily habits is an act of radical self-care. It takes commitment, dedication, and a deep desire to live each day feeling your best and I would be honored to be your guide and biggest cheerleader on this path.

I am a certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner with a passion for helping others come back into alignment with themselves! In addition to my nutrition background, I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor, which heavily influences my methods and mindset when working with clients.
More importantly, I am a human being that is passionate about all things health and wellness. I love a long, sweaty yoga session, walks with my husband and two dogs, my morning routine, mushroom lattes, and spending time by the ocean. Connection is super important to me- and I feel very strongly about showing up hard for the people that I love. My mission is to help others fall in love with showing up for themselves and empowering them to take their health into their own hands.
My interest in nutrition started way back in the day when I was a student at UT Austin. I have always been a science girl, but I became fascinated with the interconnectedness of the human body when studying Systems Physiology. I began to understand the power that the foods we eat have to help us heal at a cellular level. I became committed to understanding how to heal the body holistically and made drastic shifts in my own health and lifestyle habits. After college, I immediately went to work under the mentorship of a Clinical Nutritionist using Functional Medicine and Nutritional Therapy to help children and adults manage chronic conditions. I then set out to learn as much as I possibly could about using nutrition and lifestyle practices to help people feel better.
I have spent the last several years on a healing journey of my own. In 2020, after many years of not feeling well, I became very sick. I was constantly dismissed by doctors when seeking answers because I was young, active, and outwardly “healthy.” I saw several doctors that brushed off any questions I had about WHY I could be feeling so sick or how lifestyle could be contributing to my month long flares. I was eventually given a diagnosis- and with that, a long term treatment plan that involved lifetime medications which felt big and scary being so young. While I believe there is a time and place for conventional medicine, my gut was telling me there had to be more to it. I decided to trust my instincts and work on healing from a more holistic perspective.
Since then, I have spent some time focusing on getting to know myself on a deeper level. I came back to my meditation practice. I worked on redefining my movement and self care practices. I prioritized being more gentle, kind, and patient with myself. I started eating meat after years of being vegan. I quit my job because I was forcing my body to move at a pace that was causing me to suffer physically. I dedicated myself to making choices that best align with my overall well-being.
A few months ago, I became certified in Functional Nutrition and completed a NBHWC recognized Holistic and Integrative Health Coaching Program so that I could start working one on one with clients. In this program, I discovered the importance of motivational interviewing when it comes to enacting lasting change. We are all experts of our own health, we just have to learn how to tap in to that inherent inner wisdom that exists within all of us. Showing up for yourself is hard. Putting yourself first is hard. Advocating for yourself in today’s healthcare system is HARD. As a practitioner, I will serve as your partner as you navigate your own unique healing journey. Whether you are looking to adopt healthier lifestyle habits, are dealing with chronic symptoms or conditions, or are even just interested in feeling more aligned with your well being, I will support you every step of the way!
